I take pride in myself, in regards for the integrity that is reflected in my professional practice. To uphold such integrity, I ask that each individual honors the following request, to the best of their ability.

• APPOINTMENTS – All appointments are scheduled in advance. Please, kindly give at least 12 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment, to free up the time for another individual.
  
  
• NO SHOWS – Time is precious to all of us in our personal and professional lives, to be used wisely and not taken for granted. No Shows have a negative impact on the overall well-being of the practice and individuals who are on a waiting list to schedule an appointment. No Shows will automatically be billed in full, for the service scheduled.
  
  
• LATE ARRIVALS –  When appointments are scheduled, I do take into consideration, the additional time needed per client, for discussion on any concerns and updates (10 to 15 minutes, plus service time).  This is an essential part of the therapeutic session, and it will not be overlooked even if the client should arrive late. The client will then be asked to shorten the session, to compensate for lost time in order to complete the intake process, discussion of any concerns and to finish in a timely fashion, for the arrival of the next client. I feel it’s unprofessional to rush the intake process and not take the time, to listen to the clients concerns before beginning a session. It’s a wiser choice to shorten ones session then reduce quality care.
  
  
• PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR – The professional Massage and Bodywork services I provide are complimentary alternatives to today’s traditional healthcare professions. The sessions are strictly non-sexual. Anyone who request or exhibits unprofessional behavior will be ask to leave the office and will be charged, the full amount of the service scheduled.
  
  
• PAYMENT POLICY – I accept personal checks, money orders or cash at the time of service. Presently, I do not bill medical insurance companies.
