Specific Therapeutic Massage – Release chronic patterns of tension and pain, working with slow deep strokes and/or trigger point technique. Idea for neck, shoulder, upper back, arm and hands or bring relief to your lower back, gluts, legs and feet. Ending with a feeling of completeness by integrating flowing Swedish strokes and the use of moist heat (with clients consent), to help melt away knots and tension.

It’s highly recommended to drink extra water after any Massage Service or Bodywork Specialties, which increases the release of waste product and toxins from your bodies' systems. The additional intake of fluid will lower toxicity and lessen the strain on filtering organs.
Bodywork Specialties
Foot Reflexology – Applying pressure to reflex points in the feet which correspond to every part, gland and organ in the body, for increase circulation, tension relieve and to restore natural balance of all the bodies' systems. Begin with a warm, soothing footbath enhanced with essential oil. Massage of the lower legs and ankles, slowly flows into specific work of reflex points, passive movement and stretching. Ending with the feet cocooned in warm, aroma infused, moist towel wraps.

1/2 & 1/2 ( 30 minutes each ) -- Enjoy a therapeutic massage embraced by the additional healing affects of foot reflexology. An excellent way to give yourself the TLC you need for an achy body, stress relief and your feet will love you, for taking the time out for them too. Ending with a wonderful warm, aroma infused, moist towel wraps.

Either way you choose, in this mini - session you'll feel the muscle tension and stress melt away.
